Weird Etherscan API transactions response

Hello. Posting this here as Etherscan seems to be a popular API option for developers and to make the community aware.

Today, we came across this weird circumstance.

This address 0x09c1b6f9a57d3a5b4fc1e81b10fd1b73c96ee5cc is displaying two transactions on the Etherscan block explorer.

https://etherscan.io/address/0x09c1b6f9a57d3a5b4fc1e81b10fd1b73c96ee5cc

However, if we take a look at the API… One transaction isn't there from address 0x02930a80957a410aab3e3be3db5b782f6d15ac9c

https://api.etherscan.io/api?module=account&action=txlist&address=0x09c1b6f9a57d3a5b4Fc1e81B10Fd1B73c96eE5CC&startblock=0&endblock=99999999&sort=asc&apikey=2NKITS8S87JFYG72QFSVU9CTSD6G4RKKTF

On the missing address, the transaction does not seem to be there, too (0x02930a80957a410aab3e3be3db5b782f6d15ac9c):

https://api.etherscan.io/api?module=account&action=txlist&address=0x02930a80957a410aab3e3be3db5b782f6d15ac9c&startblock=0&endblock=99999999&sort=asc&apikey=2NKITS8S87JFYG72QFSVU9CTSD6G4RKKTF

If this is some sort of chain reorganization, Etherscan usually notifies us. But there's no notification today. I wonder if something is actually fundamentally wrong and I'm not the only one experiencing this. Any thoughts?
