Rx470 only getting 9mh :/

Hey guys! Just started mining not long ago and still working stuff out but followed a bunch of guides, enabled compute mode and flashed my bios but still can’t get past 9mh :/ anyone help? It’s a strix one with Hynix ram 🙂 1250 clock with 950mv 1950 memory with 1000mv Thanks for reading!
