About a month ago I thought I should start mining something just out of curiosity,got sucked in and it turned into an obsession,here we are now ,a few weeks later,and I just brought online my first ever mining rig to the RVN network made with the parts I had laying around(Mainly the mobo,cpu,and ram),and a few bargain GPU-s I found locally.The rig can take up to 5 cards with this mobo(6 would be possible if I choose to use a splitter for PCIe),but only 4 is in it currently. Parts: Hashing with around 60mh/s on HiveOS with teamRedminer 🙂 .Using ~700W of power. Total Cost: ~950$ or ~780 Euros. TBH, even if the coin ends up worth nothing in the future(which is very-very unlikely)Building this rig was worth for the fun itself.
