Power rates really high mining Ravencoin.

How come mining Ravencoin on my RX480 uses so much more power. Yet im bellow the hash rate I should be getting on a rx480 8GB, average should be around 10-12M

Mining raven with its my current settings uses 88Watts and i get 9Mh/s, NBminer

Mining, ETH with the same settings using 69 watts, I get the average. 30mh/s, phoenix miner

mining Vertcoin uses 59 watts, I also get the average 420Kh/s, verthash miner

So why is my card working so much harder mining raven, yet not getting the performance its should.
