mining not recognized in mining pool website

so i am mining ravencoin on raveos with 2miners as the pool so everything is fine with everything but after a 1 hour and 20 minutes it says its not mining and its inactive but on rave it says it mining fine so i restarted the system and did the same thing everything is fine on raveos but the pool says the miner is inactive after a hour and 20 mins. how do i fix this?
