Backup data using Assets or IPFS ( Ravencoin blockchain )?!

Is it possible to backup some important data, lets say pictures or some documents using Raven coin blockchain? Lets put aside cloud services.

Example, house burns down… war starts in some country…. you fly away to another continent… Only what you have is your 24 seed ( or hardware wallet).
