Antpool Mining

I'm trying to bring a little awareness to what Antpool is doing right now. On there Ravencoin pool they have a minimum payout of 1 ravencoin which is very attracting to miners. They have an okay hashrate. Here is where it gets interesting, they say they pay like once a day, from my experience took them a whole month to send my ravencoin. I believe there staking people's ravencoin for extra money on top of the fee they charge. This is very interesting sense antpool is owned by Bitman an Asic miner manufacturer. This shouldn't be going on, does anybody know why it takes so long for them to pay out? They have some of the biggest Litecoin and Dashcoin pools as well.
