Where can I exchange RVN in EU?

Where can I exchange RVN for fiat (EUR, USD etc) in Europe? I've tried OKEx but doesn't allow me to withdraw any fiat so my crypto is basically stuck there unless I send it back in Exodus. I'm in the process of trying Binance but looks very similar to OKEx so I don't have high hopes.

I'm also thinking of another way. Convert RVN to USDT then USDT to other coin like ETH using OKEx/Binance etc then send ETH to Kraken/Crypto.com and exchange ETH for fiat (?)

I was actually looking for a place to exchange small amounts like 10-20RVN at a time without any withdrawal limits.
