Please help me with a wrong swap on the kyber network

I just did a swap through metamask+trezor and for some reason the metamask bugged out, I tried doing a swap of LINK/USDC and the TX actually went through but for some reason the internal TX for the swap didn't occur, I have the TXs and everything and it seems its on a Kyber ETH address with internal swaps but i don't know how to proceed with this, should I email support? it was good sum of links too, they are telling me the TX's aren't from the kyber network, how is this possible? My brave crashed AFTER doing the trezor confirmation and then the transfer went on without the swap! oh man i lost everything can someone help me?
