Best place to trade ETH pairs as a US citizen?

Hello all – I used to trade ETH pairs on Binance, but have since been kicked off. I was wondering what exchange is the best alternative in terms of fees and volume. I know that a workaround is creating a new Binance account using a VPS, but I'm not really interested in doing that. Thanks in advance!
