Question about atomic wallet and trust wallet (U.S. user)

So basically looking for feedback from Anybody that is a u.s. user of atomic wallet or trust wallet. I'm currently using coinbase although the only problem is that I need to transfer my funds instantly coinbase has me wait 5 days after my purchase before I can send my crypto. Anybody that has used either wallet is there a waiting period before u can transfer. Been looking around can't find a solid answer
