Mining Block

So I started solo mining on my laptop lol. Anyways I've seen many post if people glorifying they found a "block" I can't tell whether their saying they got the whole block, as in the whole 5000 rvn reward. Also other people were saying they've been mining for months and never found a block? I'm finding blocks every minute, ofc I know my GPU is weak af and I'm getting like 2 shares per block mining.. So even tho I'm solo mining am I getting paid for each block minus the low shares…? My raven coin wallet is taking 10 years to sync so idk what I have claimed so far.
