Help with Hive OS

I am trying to use hiveos without monitor but failed. I cant seem to get it to boot without having to connect one of my gpu to a monitor. Is monitor mandatory for booting process? I can boot to windows without monitor with no problems.

Also, when i unplug my monitor when mining, my rx580 loses its underclock and uses lots of power. I used another rx570 for video output but for some reason the rx580 is affected. Has anyone experienced anything like this before?
