A Blockchain Music ecosystem where artists automatically get compensated whenever someone violates copyright. Why hasn’t this been done before?

Imagine an ecosystem where musicians choose to sign smart contracts where they are rewarded whenever a broadcasters such as streamers/youtubers shares their music.

I can't tell you how many time I have seen streamers and youtubers get demonitized when they unintentionally play a random song on their platform. Whenever a copyright forces a stream to close money is lost form both ends (streamer and music creator).
