Wallet operating system

Hey everyone i am wondering what operating system to use for my wallets . i have ravencore , the monero gui wallet and a few others . i have read that its bad to keep your wallets on a machine you mine, browse, game, watch wholesome videos with. I have a pc to use just for wallets and im wondering what OS is good for that as i suspect windows probably isent the best security wise and is probably overkill since it wont be doing much but accepting payments. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
