Reported Pool Hash vs Miner Hash Rate

I've tried searching for this the past couple of days, but I might not be wording things correctly. My question is, in HiveOS it shows me the GPUs hash rate, when I go to view the pool it a lot of times shows me something different. So which one is the true hash rate and is this a matter of finding a pool that is more consistent? One example is when mining RavenCoin HiveOS shows me 43 Mh/s, but when I go to the Ravenminer pool its all over the place sometimes. Anywhere from 23 Mh/s up to 63 Mh/s from what I've seen, but the hash rate in HiveOS always stays the same. The below screenshots are from HiveOS and Ravenminer respectively. *Side note is it normal for workers to spilt out like this? I have 3 GPUs and sometimes I've noticed that it splits out individually. This is about the time I start to notice the lower hash rate along with rewards. submitted by /u/n15mo |
