Just started mining RVN, need some help

Hello everyone. I am glad I am getting into this as I am moving away (slowly) from NiceHash.

So I have a secondary machine with a RX 6800XT in it (Gigabyte Gaming OC). Here are its settings:

Mem: 2100, Core: 1500, 900mV

So I just started this morning and have downloaded NBMiner. I have configured it to move it to my exodus wallet. The pool I am using is the stratum-ravencoin.flypool.org pool.

When running it, I am only getting about 28.2MH/s while I see average people get 30. Not sure where I am going wrong.

Also, I noticed if i check bitfly, my current hashrate is showing 9MH/s.

So, for someone first time in RVN, can anyone give me some pointers? See where I am going wrong and what I should do? I am wanting to get into HiveOS but it seems to be a bit more extreme for my current knowledge and am afraid of making such a leap. But I am willing to give it a shot anyway.
