ERC20 Voting

Is it possible to use to an ERC20 token to vote with in the following manner:

ERC20 Total Supply: 100

Wallet 1 has 55 tokens

Wallet 2 has 40 tokens

Wallet 3 has 5 tokens

I want the owners of the 3 different wallets to vote on an item. If Wallet 1 votes YES and Wallet 2 & 3 vote NO, I want the decision to be YES since more tokens were voted with saying YES.
