Can I mine RVN while gaming?

I'm running a 3070 to mine ETH at around 60MH/s. When gaming, the MH/s drops to around 25 MH/s. I thought that maybe because the kawpow algorithm isn't solely linked to GPU power and my 3070 only gets around 30MH/s when mining RVN, perhaps then I could game while mining RVN without a significant impact on the MH/s. Or maybe some sort of middle ground.

Am I wrong?
