Mining with 2070 (temps and wattage)

Hey guys!

I am a total newbie to mining. So I chose ETH as my first coin to mine. I used T-rex and the temp/power was 62C/125W. Then I decided to try RVN and the stats are not as nice — 68C/175W.

Is there a way to lower the power consumption in t-rex? Is the hashrate going to take a significant dive if I lower the power (if it is possible at all)?
