I’m looking for a wallet with specific features

Hello,

I am looking for an online wallet for a specific purpose – namely I want to import my keys, lock it via a password and then share this password with a friend. He should then be able the send and receive tokens to and from my wallet. However, I want to prevent any other features, therefore I cannot share the private key and it should not be possible to extract it from the wallet, only importing should work.

Is there such a service?
