Staking Ethereum on MEW or trezor. I have 32.

I am interested in staking ETH on my own wallet. How do I do it? I do have 32 which is the minimum required to stake it. I saw on MEW that i can get a 20% return on it. Can i do the same thing on my trezor? How?
