Swapping ETH for MATIC on the Matic Mainnet?

I transferred some ETH to the Matic Mainnet, but I don't have any MATIC on the Matic Mainnet. I do have some MATIC on Coinbase. I would like to use MATIC to stake on SushiSwap. Currently I have some additional ETH on the Ethereum Mainnet on MetaMask but the gas fees are ridiculous at the moment. Do I have any options to get MATIC onto the Matic Mainnet besides swapping ETH for MATIC on the MetaMask Ethereum Mainnet and then switching it over to the Matic Mainnet? This is my first time entering into the DeFi space. Thank you for any assistance!
