How does this token work and why is it special?

So I just recently found out about TCAP token but i dont get their point. I'm kinda new to crypto but I've got the fundamentals, the thing is that i don't get what are they offering to distinguiss from other tokens.

As far as I can get the cool thing is that their token Market Cap is equal to the total crypto market market cap but, how is that cool?

I tried reading their whitepaper but that didn't end up well…
