For Tax History, trying to view all ETH Transactions but ERC20 aren’t being included on etherscan always, what’s the best way to do this?

Trying to do my taxes, and Etherscan doesn't list the ERC20 token name in some of the transactions for my wallet in the cases of ERC20 tokens (some coins it does, but less commons one it doesn't like PBL).

What's the best way to get a dump of all transactions for a wallet, ETH, or ERC20?
