Question about price “fluctuations”

I am still new to this, but I am wondering why a price fluctuates so quickly in span of seconds and min?

I am not worried at all, but just think that if everyone is bullish on Eth (and I am very bullish) wouldn’t that mean that there would be no “big dips”?
