BTC investor thinking of priority CHANGE TO ETH

Hey guys, ive been all aboard the BTC train. In crypto ive put abiout 75% btc, 25% eth. Im kicking around getting things closer to 50/50 to start. What are some good resources to learn more about eth? Books would be great, but good youtube videos/ credible articles would be awesome too. Thanks guys, plz dont rip me too hard lolllllll
