Based in UK don’t have any money to invest in eth can i use some of my bitcoin to buy ethereum with instead? What are the best ways to do this?

I have a coinbase account but nowhere online do they say how i can use bitcoin to buy eth??? The only guides i can find out there are for how to buy eth with fiat. Has anyone done this themselves recently? Are the fees similar to using fiat?
