Reraise gas limits ?

The question is as follows: would it be reasonable to reraise gas limits ? Even after the previous raise, uncle counts have basically stayed very low. Ssd price of storage has gone down faster than the gas limit has gone up in the recent years. I personally believe that we have a lot of room to increase gas limit, but I would be happy to hear comments of people more knowledgeable than me on the subject.
