How did I get LPT coins on my Ethereum address?

Sorry if this is a stupid question. I've bought ETH about 3 years ago, and after it crashed I never looked at it since today. I imported my private key that I had on paper into MetaMask, and my ether showed up, yeah. However, it also showed about 2 LPT. I have no idea what that is. Googling reveals that it's a coin on the Ethereum network?

In USD, it's about 15% of my Ethereum value, so pretty significant.
