Official Raven wallet on Android (backup/transfer)

I'm using the official mobile wallet for android. Time has come to reset my phone because of bugs and/or hardware failure.

Before getting into trouble, I'd like to do a proper backup of my wallet. I already written down my 12 words passphrase. Is there anything else to do ? I know there's a wallet.dat file on desktop wallet, but I just can't find one on android.
