Crypto ending Capitalism

I found this article on medium: Link to article

It goes along the line of "a new type of crypto which destroys the extra wealth than the amount that is needed by a person." So no wealth accumulation. It is totally possible to implement with the smart contract based cryptos. Ethereum already plans to burn a part of the transaction fees making it deflationary in the future after the hardfork.

I would hate to see it happen and find it scary (for my personal reasons if you know what i mean). What do you guys think?
