Can someone help me with me WETH and ETH

Hey guys so i wrapped my ETH in metamask, (something i never use) trying to but some SPI. I don’t really have the experience with DEX so now i paid nearly $20 to wrap my ETH and i can’t do anything with it, i can’t trade for SPI because i need a balance of $70 in ETH to trade. And i need $50 just to unwrap it. Can someone help advice me with what i should do? so this point i’d rather just get whatever little money i can get back in ETH or something so i can just he done with all this. Thank you !
