Mining Q

i have 2x 6700 XTs and when mining on nicehash i can get my XTs down to 75W/95W @ 47Mh/s. Wanted to try mining ravencoin with the same settings but i'm getting 11 Mh/s but the expected hashrate is supposed to be about 22-24Mh/s.

Just wondering why I can't apply the same power tuning settings for ravencoin using NBMiner?
