Mining GPU usage and temps?

So I just started mining Ravencoin today. I followed Son of a Tech's youtube video on how to set it up (How to Mine Ravencoin on Windows 10). I've never mined before, I'm more of an OTC market kind of guy, but since I'm good with computers and have a custom gaming pc, I figured I'd put it to work while I'm not using it.

So about ten minutes in, I checked my gpu usage, and it was at 5% and below the whole time. The temp was also around 105c. I was getting in between 16 and 19 MH/s. Now I know I'm new to this, but some of those numbers don't seem right at all. I am running a Red Devil 5700xt, with a I9-10850k and a Z590 board with 32gb of ram.

What could be going on? Am I missing something? The GPU has an overclock switch physically on the card and it is turned on so I haven't fiddled with any settings. Also any helpful guides to doing this would be delightful. I've tried googling and youtubing it but everyone has their own specific way of doing things. So if there are any generic explanations to the process, then smack me with it.
