What app is better or an alternative to Coinbase?

I signed up with Coinbase, but can’t link my bank account . I keep getting a notice saying they can’t communicate with my bank.( I’m with Citibank) I’ve reset my password at least 15 times and Called my bank several times. The bank assures me is not a problem on their side. I’m completely new to this please excuse me.
