Advice

I own very little ETH, about 1/2 of an ETH. I was notified today that I'm off the wait list and now able to stake my ETH for 6.0% APR. I've read that staking is mainly for people with 32 ETH and running nodes. Is it worth staking? I believe in ETH, but still there's some obvious skepticism being it's a cryptocurrency. Any help or advice is welcome. Thanks.
