Access MyEtherWallet With a Password?

I'd totally forgotten about myetherwallet up until today!

I know I opened an account years ago but don't even know if there are any holdings in it.

When I tried to log in today all I could find was an associated password in my password manager but it seems MEW only accepts passphrases or keyfiles (or hardware) so now idea what to do now.

Any thoughts?
