Who’s borrowing?

Other than people who are long cryptocurrency, who is borrowing crypto and what is the volume?

I understand that if someone is long ETH, and they don’t want to sell, they can borrow DAI against it. What about someone who’s not long a crypto? Why would they borrow DAI? How much lending volume is for folks like that?
