What is the difference between current and actual estimate earnings?

On the main page it says

"Estimate (current / yesterday / actual)

BTC/Gh/24h: 0.00272 / 0.00233 / 0.00183"

What is the difference between current and actual? Is current a 24 hour average and actual in real time?
