How does the ETH Dev process work?
I always hear there are “thousands” of devs working on the ETH protocol. Coming up with EIPs, etc.
How exactly do they stay organized and make sure they are not duplicating work or going off the rails? Who decides ultimately what protocol changes get adopted?
I just know in my job that getting 10 people to work collectively who sit next to each other is tough.
How does ETH pull it off with thousands all working separately across the globe??
