First time mining on old 2018 Asus Laptop, need advice or to know if its not worth it for me.

To start off, I have a old 2017 or 2018 Asus Laptop with an Nvidia geforce gtx 860m that was collecting dust since the keyboard no longer work from being abused when I was a gamer.

I tried minergate and nicehash. Minergate stuck on loading and nicehash says incompatible so only unmineable worked for me.

After about maybe 3 hours of sleep and 8 hours of working I've only gained like 0.02920873 RVN. My unmineable says current hashrate 70h and calculated at 101h.

Is my laptop just trash or am I wasting my time? How can I improve the hashrate, step by step if possible. I'm new and trying to learn so any help or guidance is appreciated.
