I sent ETH from an exchange and got an out of gas

now my coins are gone from my exchange account.

I could not set the outgoing gas limit and thought the ETH fee set the exchange would be enough.

This utterly sucks. Now the exchanges says my ticket will take days to be processed due to large volume of inquiries.
