Best city/physical location to be in the company of eth devs and projects?

Hello community!

Once the pandemic subsides (say, in 1-2 years), I want to move to a place to be in company of ethereum developers. To frequently attend meetups, have fellow devs as neighbours, etc. I know in theory everything is online and physical location shouldn't matter. But it does, atleast to me. Right now, I'm staying in the company of startup founders- we talk about startups often, and it motivates me to startup again soon. I'm looking for a good density of ethereum devs. I felt Singapore had it- I met Zooko (from ZCash), folks from Ethereum Foundation, RSK, any many others. u/vbuterin too spends a lot of his time in Singapore.

Bonus: a place with reasonable living cost, since I will be working remotely.

Without much research, I think Berlin, Estonia, Singapore could be good places. US could be good too (I'll be attending HodlerCon 2022 in Hawaii).

Currently I hold an Indian passport, and can get an entrepreneur visa in most countries that have it. Again, without much research, all places except US seem like viable options.
