Took profits for my partner.
My partner just spilled water all over their laptop. As far as I can tell, the laptop is dead. That said the laptop got a solid 7 years of use. We don't know how much data will be recoverable but my partner is freaking out because with COVID and everything we both need working PCs, but also were not anticipating this expense.
They don't know that I'm selling crypto, they don't know I'm ordering them a new laptop. I got into crypto to become financially independent and hopefully set myself up for the future. I don't feel bad whatsoever about selling, knowing how much relief this will bring and how much stress this will lift off my partner. This is enough of a moon for now. I will DCA back in as I have always done, and will look to forward to when I can join back up with this sub's members among the stars.
Thank you to this sub, for the shilling, the advice, the arguments and the memes. I've learned a lot, though I'm aware there is still so much I don't know. Good luck to everyone, I hope we all reach our goals.
