Raven Core and Raven Full Node UI Clarification

Q1. Can a bitcoin code like below be used to QUERY and point to FULLY SYNCed ravenode -linux raven-4.3.2.1 ?

Q2. dumb Q Can RavenCore in Windows 10 be pointed to another LAN host for quick syncing? or even bypass syncing keep it dependent point to that host fulling fully synced node?
