Is rvn.darkfibermines.com a scam?

So I read a post regarding a new pool to try out if you want to increase your payouts. I went on the pool and after 24h with a hashrate of 14MH/s, I made 11 RVN, which isn't that bad.

The thing about this pool, is that it has no fees BUT you only get paid once a block is mined. Now here is where I start to question things: I've now been mining non stop for over 7 days and still haven't received any more payments. A block hasn't been mined since a week yet our total hashrate is over 400 MH/s and has fluctuated a lot in the past week since a lot of miners left the pool. My best guess is that they didn't want to spend more time on it since they weren't getting paid daily.

How long does it take to mine a block? Should I continue mining on that pool? Thanks!
