Help with fees??

About to buy a Linzhi Phoenix miner. They aren't cheap, going to cost about $14,000 after shipping.

The linzhi website says there is a 22% fee for paying with credit or debit!!! That's insane. The only other option is to pay with ethereum or bitcoin.

I don't currently have that much crypto where I can just do that. I've been looking around at how much fees are to transact in ethereum… I can use the $14k and buy ethereum with it, then use the ethereum to pay for the miner. But I'm having trouble figuring out how much this would cost in fees. Surely it isn't 22%…

Can anyone help me out? What is the best way to go about this?
