Best way to buy more ETH

I am wondering if there is a better way for me to acquire more Ether. Right now I use binance with it's exchange wallet, but am thinking about moving all the assets to a cold wallet. I live in Germany but don't really have faith in the BISON Exchange. Where do you buy and what would you recommend me?
