Some beginner questions

Hi I’m pretty new to mining and crypto in general. I’m going to buy a better graphics card and I’m wondering if the hash rate limiter is easy to bypass with the 3060.

Also, is there anything that you can buy with rvn or is it just trading?

Any tips and help is greatly appreciated
